Every time we step on the mat, we acknowledge that this is a fresh start and adopt a beginner’s mind. Asana, the physical manifestation of yoga, is a reflection on the ocean of inner awareness that goes on below the surface.

Baddha Virabhadrasana, unlike the far-reaching dristi practices in Virabhadrasana II, III, and I, reminds us Kristie should look inward and appreciate the moments of reflection.
