Instagram: 6 Creative Yogis You Must Follow

Nowadays, Instagram and yoga seem to go together like peanut butter and jelly. Everyone and their mother is on Instagram, which makes it a really awesome space to discover new artists, cool yogis, or that awesome combination of artsy, creative yogis.

Check out these creative Instagram yogis for some inspiration.

Soren Buchanan (@spritesoren)

Soren may be familiar to you from an earlier article, but her amazing combination of street art and yoga is still inspiring. Her posts will add a splash of color to your feed, and inspire you to go out and discover some street art yourself!

Candice Neo (@yogineo)

Candice Neo’s black and white photos are my favorites. You can focus on the pose and her, since there is no color. It’s almost like you are practicing the pose.

Shayna Smith

Shayna’s posts recently make me think of little fairies practicing yoga. I love that idea! Her photos are whimsical and incorporate tiny bits of nature, yoga poses and other elements into a whimsical collection. They make me want a romp through a forest.

Lamont Tales Goode (@_cyberyoga_)

Lamont Tales, a Los Angeles-based dancer and model, is adamant about making shapes using his body. He has a lot of amazing photos, whether alone or with his partner. They make you say “whoa” and make you want each shot to be hung on your wall.

Cheetah with Rhiann Plate (@epicacro).

Cheetah Platt and Rhiann Platet, acroyoga duo, definitely live up their Insta names. They are truly inspirational, and I often have no idea how to get them into their poses. If you are looking for an Instagram with epicness, beaches, and yoga, then look no further.

The Artist Behind Birds do Yoga (@birdsdoingyoga).

This account is so amazing, I could not leave it off! This account brings laughter and smiles to my feed. It’s fun to pair birds with asanas by posting colored pencil drawings. It’s also funny to imagine actual birds practicing yoga.
