I don’t know where I am with yoga. It’s been less than a year since I started, and I don’t have a lot of time to devote to it. So it’s hard to say if I should do it every day. What I know is that it has helped me a lot.
My reaction and mentality are so much more calm, even though I’m still agitated about the same things. My mind can be so quiet on the surface, but it is constantly running through my life, past and future, and won’t stop.

Yoga can be a hardcore exercise that builds muscle and burns fat for some. If it makes you feel better and helps you to become more comfortable with yourself, I don’t think this is a bad thing.

Yoga is not limited because it has so many benefits, such as good health, flexibility, and freedom. It also helps with de-stressing. I say that yoga has the power to change your life in unexpected ways.
